BSNL Junior Telecom Officer Salary Structure 2026

Selected candidates appointed to BSNL Junior Telecom posts will receive a monthly salary in the IDA pay scale [E-1] ranging from Rs. 16,400/- to Rs. 40,500/-. In addition to the base salary, candidates will enjoy numerous perks and allowances.

BSNL JTO Bond, Training, and Probation Details

• Period of probation – 2 years
• Bond – Recruited candidates will execute a Bond of Rupees 6 lakh rupees to serve BSNL for a period of at least 5 years
• Training – JTP has to successfully undergo training as follows-
  JTO Phase-I training – 10 weeks
  Field Training – 4 weeks
  JTO Phase-II training – 6 weeks (Specialisation course)
