HAL Management Trainee Salary 2026
Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 52-week training program, during which they will receive a monthly stipend featuring a basic pay of Rs. 50,000/-. Upon the successful culmination of this training period, trainees will be inducted as Engineers in the Grade-II scale of pay ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000/-.
