Today, on 7th August 2026, the exam city slips have been officially released for the 3rd phase of examinations scheduled for 17th August 2026. For subsequent dates, the exam city slips will become available 9 to 10 days prior to the respective exam date. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued these city intimation slips for candidates registered under CEN 09/2025 for 22,195 vacancies.

RRB Group D City Intimation Slips are designed strictly to inform candidates of their assigned examination city and are not valid for entry into the exam hall. Each city slip contains vital information such as the scheduled exam date, shift timings, and allotted test city. The slips for exams on 18th August 2026 will be released on 8th August 2026. 

RRB Group D City Intimation Slip 2026 Out

The RRB Group D 2026 CBT exam will be conducted across August 3rd–6th, 9th–14th, 17th–21st, and 25th, spanning 16 active days across 48 shifts. The computer-based test (CBT) will take place in three daily shifts (Morning: 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, Afternoon: 12:45 PM to 2:15 PM, and Evening: 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM) across 200 designated centers nationwide. 2. Click on the link that reads “RRB Group D CEN 09/2025” appearing in red on the top bar.
3. Now look for the link “CEN 09/2025 (RRB Group D) – Exam City Intimation Slip".
4. Enter your login details, such as your username/registration number and password/date of birth, in the login window.
5. Enter the characters appearing on the screen and click on the "Login" tab.
6. The RRB Group D City Intimation Slip 2026 appears on the screen.

• Phased Release Schedule: Slips are rolled out in chronological phases. If your test falls later in August (exams run through August 3 to August 25, 2026), your portal link may remain inactive until your specific phase opens.

RRB Group D Exam Shift Timings

The RRB Group D Shift Timings are clearly indicated on each candidate's exam city slip, reflecting the three daily operating shifts. Candidates must strictly adhere to the reporting time specified on their documentation; late arrivals after gate closure will not be permitted entry. 

Important: Exam city slips cannot be used for entry into the examination hall, as official admit cards will be issued separately.
