Step 1: Create an Account

• Open the browser and visit the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) and go to the other RRB page, https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in/.
• On the homepage, click the link that says “Click here to apply for RRB Grade 1 Signal and Technician Grade 3 posts” under CEN-02/2026 (Technician).
• If you are a first-time applicant, click on “Create an Account”. (Candidates who have already created an account for any CEN issued by RRB are not required to register again. They should log in using the same username and password.
• To complete the Create an Account form, fill in your basic details: Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Parent’s Name, Gender, Email Id, and Mobile Number.
• A unique OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email address. Please enter this OTP in the application form. Verify through Aadhar Card and PAN Card verification and create a PASSWORD. (A password should be a combination of capital letters, small letters, special characters, and numbers.
• Click on ‘I am not a robot’, confirm your password, and then tap on ‘Preview and Create Password’.
