UPSC APFC Exam Pattern 2026 

The Recruitment Test (RT) will be conducted as an offline, pen-and-paper-based examination featuring objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

  1. The exam questions will be in both Hindi and English.
  2. There will be objective-type questions with multiple-choice answers. The medium of the test will be both Hindi and English.
  3. There is a negative marking of one-third of the marks assigned to each question.
  4. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.
  5. PwD candidates shall be allowed compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour in the RT and the facility of a Scribe.
